Taxi driver communicated well about slight delay due to motorway route roadworks. Also I liked to be able to track the taxi and to have car details sent by text. Will definitely use Chalfont Taxis again!

Easy to book. Taxi available for evening airport pick up with 15 mins with no pre-booking. Useful text updates. Driver was understanding and helpful when I had a slight unexpected delay, and gave clear instructions over phone when I was looking for the pick up point. Driver was friendly and easy to talk to. Used many times and will continue to use Chalfont Taxis.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received this morning.
The taxi arrived within just a few minutes of my call, which was fantastic. The car was spotless, well maintained, and smelled lovely.
Most importantly, the driver was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. I was dealing with a stressful situation after losing my phone, and he went above and beyond to help me resolve a payment issue. His patience, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a difficult morning much easier.
He was a true gentleman and a credit to his profession. If everyone approached their job with the same level of care, professionalism, and kindness that he does, the world would be a much better place.
